ANNAHi, Jorge. Nice to finally meet you. I’ve heard great things from the team.

JORGEThank you, Anna. Same here! And thanks for making time today. I know your schedule is packed.

ANNAOf course, happy to be here. How’s everything going on your end?

JORGEPretty good, thanks — busy quarter, but things are moving in the right direction. How about you?

ANNASame, lots going on. Before we dive in, how was your week?

JORGEHonestly, a bit hectic, but nothing too crazy. I’ll let you take the lead whenever you’re ready.

ANNASounds good. Great, shall we get started? I’d like to walk you through the project scope first.

JORGEPerfect, I’m ready when you are.

En contexto: “packed” = agenda muy llena; “on your end” = por tu parte; “take the lead” = guiar la reunión; “walk you through” = explicar paso a paso.

03 / Make it your own

Build Your Opening

Combine a welcome, a short connection and a clear transition. Adapt the opening to a real meeting you might lead.

Después de “Today, I’d like to…”, usa un verbo: discuss, review, explore.
